As I reflect on my grandmother's courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease, I deeply aware of the challenges faced by patients and caregivers alike. Witnessing her struggle illuminated the difficulty in finding the support and resources available in our community. It became clear to me that navigating the complexities of Alzheimer's care could be overwhelming, leaving many feeling lost and isolated during a profoundly difficult time.

Motivated by my grandmother's journey and inspired by the unwavering commitment of my mentors, Bart and Nancy Westcott, I felt compelled to take action. This led me to create a website dedicated to serving the Alzheimer's community in Northern Nevada. My goal is to provide a comprehensive resource that simplifies access to information, support, and guidance for both patients and their caregivers, ensuring they do not have to face this journey alone. Through this initiative, I hope to honor my grandmother's memory while making a positive impact on those affected by Alzheimer's in our community.
